Member of the Paris Bar since 1971, Jean ROUCHE has practised for more than 20 years as a partner in the DELVOLVÉ ROUCHE law firm, and since 2007, in the FLEURY MARÈS DELVOLVÉ ROUCHE law firm. A specialist in private international law, he acts as an advisor and an arbitrator for economic actors and states in arbitral and judicial proceedings relating to international trade practices. His field of expertise also extends to inheritance law. Author of articles on arbitration law, he also co-authored with Jean-Louis DELVOLVÉ and Gérald POINTON the book "French Arbitration Law and Practice" (Wolters Kluwers).
Since 2016, following the merger of the FLEURY MARÈS and VS ASSOCIÉS firms, he has been practising within the BOSCO firm.
