Jean-François PEDINIELLI

Jean-François PEDINIELLI has been a lawyer since 2004 and has a double university/ESSEC [Graduate School of Economics and Business Administration] degree. He joined the FLEURY MARES DELVOLVE ROUCHE law firm when it was founded in 2007 and opened the Marseille office in 2009. He is registered at the Marseilles Bar.

With Thomas HEINTZ, he developed the firm's criminal activity (corporate criminal law, labour criminal law, environmental criminal law and tax criminal law) while also acting in civil and commercial litigation.

Since 2016, following the merger of the FLEURY MARÈS and VS ASSOCIÉS firms, he has been practising within the BOSCO firm.

He is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association (ADAP).
