Localisation:
Member of the Paris Bar since 2011, Thomas joined Bosco Avocats in 2025 to develop the firm's tax and finance practice, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
He also practises business criminal law alongside Jean-François PEDINIELLI and Thomas HEINTZ, and contributes to strengthening the firm's criminal tax and financial practice, where he defends his clients before both public administrations and judicial authorities. He also participates in internal investigations regarding suspected tax and financial fraud.
Thomas teaches criminal tax law at Toulouse Capitole University, as well as tax control and litigation procedures at the Paris Bar Training School.
He is also co-chair of the Institute of Criminal Tax and Financial Law (IDPF²) and a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).
He began his career at the Arsene law firm, where he contributed to the development of the tax audit and litigation practice.
