Lawyer since 2004, and holder of a double university/ESSEC [Graduate School of Economics and Business Administration] degree, Thomas HEINTZ started his career in the litigation department of WHITE & CASE LLP. He joined FLEURY MARES DELVOLVE ROUCHE when it was founded in 2007. With Jean- François PEDINIELLI, he developed the firm's criminal activity (corporate criminal law, labour criminal law, environmental criminal law, tax criminal law)
while also acting in civil and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Association of Criminal Lawyers (ADAP) and the Institute of Criminal, Fiscal and Financial Law (IDPF2).
Since 2016, following the merger of the law firms FLEURY MARÈS and VS ASSOCIÉS, he has been practising within the BOSCO law firm.
